We dined here for NYE for my Sister’s Birthday. The location is great. We were seated by the fireplace which was really nice and added to the ambiance. The three of us ordered the Bone-in Ribeye with potato’s and veggie. The steak had great Flavor, however, Two of us could only around the edges because the middle was a little too pink for our taste. Thus , being a waste of good money. My other sister steak was perfect and she loved it. Our waiter was nonchalant about our dissatisfaction and we didn’t make a fuss because it was her birthday not ours. But, get this, they offer a complimentary desert when it’s your birthday which was delicious but they don’t provide a candle for it so we had to make a make shift one—smh. Overall, I it was okay. I would recommend being as detailed as possible on how you want your steak cooked because our waiter missed the mark.

It was my first time visiting The Keg Steakhouse, and I will definitely be back soon. We made reservations for a Saturday night dinner and were seated a few minutes before the reservation time. The restaurant’s decor and atmosphere is upscale without being stuffy or uncomfortable. Our drinks arrived with complementary sourdough bread and whipped butter. I could have made a meal from the warm bread alone; it was that good. I highly recommend the rib steak if you’re a fan of ribeye like me. The ribeye was seasoned perfectly and absolutely tender. It was worth every penny of the price. My daughter had the steak Oscar, which included shrimp and scallops which she said was absolutely delicious. For her side, she ordered the garlic mashed potatoes, which I sampled, and they were delicious. For dessert, we had the crème brûlée and Bill Miner’s pie. Again, they were absolutely delicious and I would highly recommend them to finish off your meal. Our server was attentive without being intrusive. The entire evening was incredibly enjoyable between the food, the atmosphere and the company. The Keg Steakhouse has been added to my list of favorite restaurants.
Seated right away, & when asked to move, Accommodated. Wonderful Atmosphere, Service & attentive wait staff. NOW the #1 Appetizer Dish of 2025 !! Crab Stuffed Mushrooms !! We recently booked a reservation for a party of 15, and from the very beginning the team made everything incredibly easy. Emily, the dining room manager, was so informative and helpful while coordinating our reservation, something that can be challenging for a large group, especially when we weren’t doing a pre-fixe menu. When we arrived, our servers Jacob and Robert took amazing care of us. They were attentive, efficient, and so helpful with every question we had. Despite the size of our group, nothing ever felt delayed or overlooked. On top of the excellent service, all of our drinks and meals were absolutely delicious. We were celebrating a few family milestones, and the staff surprised us with complimentary desserts to make the evening even more special. A big thank-you to the entire team for making our night memorable. We truly appreciate you!
Beautiful place, Excellent Service and Outstanding Atmosphere!!! I brought my Wife here to celebrate her Birthday and the Waiter (Kevin) was Excellent, drinks were always full, food came out hot and he made sure the evening was Perfect!! Great Guy!! We had the NY Strip with veggies and Filet Mignon wrapped in bacon with garlic mash potatoes, so delicious!!! The place is so beautiful, with several fireplaces throughout the building, it really sets the tone for romance and is roomy, not cramped like some places. This is the Best Steakhouse!! It's best to make a reservation.
I really enjoyed the food and service here. The server was polite and attentive to our needs. The food was prepared to perfection. I would most definitely recommend this place to any steak and prime rib lover. Pro tip if you're a bread lover be careful because it comes out hot and fresh. You may fill up on it before you get your entree. I will come back anytime I'm in Phoenix
The Keg Steakhouse at Desert Ridge is an absolutely tremendous steakhouse in Phoenix. The customer service is excellent and the food quality is top notch. I recently went there to celebrate my birthday with friends and the entire experience was outstanding. We ordered fillets, ribeyes, prime rib, and new yorks and every cut was phenomenal and cooked perfectly. The service was equally impressive. I want to personally recognize Brian and Nicole for their excellent management and leadership, as well as Kyle, our server, and the entire support staff. Great service, great food, and an overall exceptional experience. Highly recommended.
Every year I go to The Keg for my birthday and every year I look forward to it, and every year it’s consistently great. The food is always excellent, the service is always outstanding, and I love the ambiance. For a steakhouse, very reasonably priced which is rare these days. There’s really nothing bad to say about this place. It’s very solid all the way around and never disappoints. We’ll definitely me back!
